I tried ordering a few times, but somehow half the things I wanted were out of stock every time. Always fun when shopping turns into a guessing game, right? In the end, I got annoyed and just bought the stuff somewhere else.

I ordered some whey and vitamins, and everything showed up sealed and looking legit. The batch labels matched what I’m used to seeing, which matters to me because it makes the whole thing feel trustworthy. "Good products, but delivery was a bit much"
Ordered a few bits from dolphinfitness.co.uk and the products were totally fine, no complaints there. But the shipping cost felt a bit steep for what I actually bought. Once that got added on, it didn’t really feel like I was saving much tbh. I’d maybe use them again if I really needed something, but the delivery price would def make me think twice. Bit dissapointing really

Ordered from dolphinfitness.co and it showed up quicker than I was expecting. Tracking was sorta straightforward, no hassle really, and the parcel arrived in good condition. Happy with the delivery speed and I’d use them again.

"Missing item sorted without fuss"
One item was missing from my order, so I got in touch with Dolphin Fitness. It did take a couple of days to get a reply, but once they responded they were helpful and sent the missing item out without making it complicated. Not a perfect start, but they sorted it in the end. Useful service and I’d be happy to use them again.

"Order arrived, but updates were a bit patchy"
I did get my order in the end, so no major complaints there. The communication was a bit hit and miss though, I got replies, but sometimes they took a while and I had to chase things up myself. Not terrible, just something about it felt a bit unclear at times.

"Slow support and not enough accountability"
I ordered from Dolphin Fitness and ended up having to contact support about my delivery. It took a few days to hear back, and when they did reply, it felt like they had only skimmed my message rather than actually looking into the issue. I did get a response eventually, so I can’t say I was completely ignored, but it was slow and not very helpful. If something goes wrong with an online order, I think the company should take proper responsibility and respond quicker with clear answers.

"Checkout could be a lot better"
I ordered some protein powder and the website was alright overall. Prices seemed fair enough too. The annoying part was the payment options though. I was hoping to use PayPal or Klarna because I’m not a fan of putting my card details into every site, but I couldn’t find anything like that at checkout. Ended up just using my card, which made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be. Delivery was fine in the end, so it wasn’t a complete mess, but the checkout definitely needs work. 2 stars from me

"Worth a Look for Deals!!"
Prices are decent and they do have some good deals now and then!! Once delivery gets added though, it’s not always as cheap as it first looks. I’d still say it’s worth checking out, just don’t expect amazing value every single time

dolphinfitness.co.uk was easy to use. I found my way around with no hassle, the search did the job, and the product pages had all the info I needed without me having to click around loads. Checkout was dead simple too, no annoying extra steps or confusing stuff. It all loaded fine on my phone as well, so yeah, no complaints from me

"Easy to Set Up, But a Little Confusing??"
Getting it set up was easy, so that part was great. But when I tried to change a few settings later, I got a bit confused?? It’s not terrible, just not as straightforward as I expected

"Fresh products every time"
I’ve ordered from dolphinfitness.co.uk a few times now, i’ve been happy with them. The products always seem fresh and aren’t close to expiry, which is something I really notice because I’ve had that issue with other places before. The protein bars tasted good, and the dates had loads of time left on them. To me, it feels like they actually manage their stock properly, so I’d be happy to order again...

I tend to use Dolphin Fitness whenever their prices are better than other sites, which happens often. Delivery has been smooth for me too. They’re not always the cheapest on every single item, but I’d say it’s definitely worth having a quick look before ordering somewhere else.

"Pretty decent, to be fair"
I’ve ordered from dolphinfitness.co a few times now, and I have to admit they’ve been reliable. My latest order arrived on the day they said it would, everything was packed properly, and nothing was missing. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the tracking didn’t really update much at the start, so I wasn’t completely sure when it was going to show up. But in the end it arrived fine, so I can’t really complain too much

"Returning it was such a hassle"
The return was a bit of a pain. It took ages to get sorted, and the replies were really slow. I kept waiting and waiting for updates, then waiting again for the next response. It did get sorted in the end, but the whole process was slow and frustrating, and just not great overall.

I’ve used Dolphin Fitness a few times now and, to be honest, I mostly tend to order when they’ve got a discount code going. The prices are usually decent anyway, but with promos they’re often better than other sites I’ve checked. Delivery was fine as well, like, nothing to complain about really. Overall I’m happy with what I paid and I’ll probably use them again.

"Arrived on time, but the packaging was questionable"
My order showed up on time, so that was good, but the packaging was kind of weak?? The box was dented when it arrived, and one of the tubs had some loose powder around the lid. Nothing was completely ruined or anything, but it definitely didn’t seem packed that well.
